1. Safety Program Implementation:
   • Develop and implement safety policies and procedures in compliance with local, state, and federal rules and regulations.
   • Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards.
2. Training and Development:
   • Organize and conduct safety training programs for employees to promote awareness and adherence to safety protocols.
   • Keep records of safety training and ensure that all employees are adequately trained.
3. Incident Management:
   • Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
   • Maintain records of incidents and provide detailed reports to management.
4. Emergency Preparedness:
   • Develop and implement emergency response plans and procedures.
   • Conduct regular drills and ensure all employees are aware of emergency procedures.
5. Regulatory Compliance:
   • Stay updated on safety regulations and ensure company practices comply with legal requirements.
   • Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure timely submission of required safety report
