• Recruit and supervise a team of financial advisors/agents.
• Oversee their work from start to finish with regular check-ins.
• Train them to use our app effectively for better customer service.
• Enhance their productivity, focusing on renewals and keeping them engaged.
• Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets set by the company.
• Ensure compliance with company policies.
• Maintain high standards in all business practices.
• Identify and implement new strategies to reach more customers and increase sales in your region.
• Manage the sales of motor, life, and health insurance, as well as loans, credit cards, NPS, and other new products from the company.
