Nitika is also recognized as an R&D Centre by the Department of Scientific & Industrial Research (DSIR).Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role as a Plant Head based in Butibori, Nagpur. The Plant Head will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day plant operations, production planning, quality control, and budgeting. They will manage the production process, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and adherence to quality standards. Additionally, the Plant Head will be responsible. for managing a team and driving continuous improvement initiatives.Qualifications Experience (at least 5-10 years) in plant operations, production planning, and production management Strong knowledge of quality control processes and procedures Experience in budgeting and cost management Excellent leadership and team management skills Good analytical and problem-solving abilities Strong communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes is a plus Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Pharmacy, or related field,
