Job Description

• NEW PRODUCT INDUSTRIALIZATION :o New product industrialization in process through Tyre engg calculation, SAP,PLM.o Product validations, analysis,Cut Tyre Rating, Release trackings and adherence of time lines.o New process system development and establishing SOP, incorporation of its requirements in SAP.o Product QCD (Quality,Cost,Delivery) tracking till Sign off and intiative actions for improvements with CFT.o System development and adherence of NPD processo Tooling knowledge and Procurements w.r.t NPD plan, trackingo Knowledge on DFMEA / PFMEA / Control Plano Basic knowledge on SAP / Tyre engg PROCESS & PRODUCT:o Optimize the use of existing material / alternate material for Product benefito Knowledge and working experience of Tyre Building,Curing Process and Process trouble shootingo Analyze product failure due to product/process and intiate improvement measureso Generate quality improvement projects to improve the product performance and process efficiencieso PDCA approach to continual improvement and system developmento OE, TECHNICAL & QUALITY TASKS:o New product development systems for OEMo Good knowledge of OEM requirements and systemo Documentations w.r.t OE Coustomers / Product Understanding, execution towards requirements.o OE Customer visit and Audit handling during new product introduction.o Basic knowledge on Statistical knowledge for Data analysis.
• Capability Proficiency in Tyre Engginearing and Industrialization (Capable)(Technical knowhow & ability in tyre engg, product establishment in Process, systems, plans and quality systems) Proficiency in OEM Customer handling and through on needs(Advanced)(Ability to understand OEM Needs,best practices and other contemporary) Business Focus(Basics)(Knowhow on organizational mission ,Code of conduct, product SKUs, accountabilities w.r.t market scenario & competition & ability to apply in ones role, profitability ) Customer Orientation(Foundational)(Cultural orientation to engage with customers, proactively assess their needs and continuously create value for them) Data Interpretation Ability along with SAP Knowledge(Capable)(Ability to study & interpret data/trends and draw inferences/projections)
