Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Draftsman to join our Project Department Mechanical drafting team. As a Mechanical Draftsman, you will be responsible for creating accurate and detailed drawings, plans, and diagrams for the manufacture, construction, and installation of mechanical devices and equipment. The role involves collaborating with engineers and designers to produce accurate and high-quality designs, including product specifications, assembly drawings, schematics, and other technical drawings that adhere to project specifications.Responsibilities Design and produce technical drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software, including 2D and 3D models. Develop detailed assembly and part drawings, bill of materials (BOM), and specifications. Collaborate with engineers and designers to ensure accurate interpretation of design specifications and requirements. Participate in design reviews, brainstorming sessions, and problem-solving activities. Ensure compliance. with engineering standards, industry regulations, and company policies. Organize and maintain a library of technical drawings, plans, and diagrams for future reference. Perform quality checks on drawings and designs to ensure accuracy and completeness. Create and maintain a library of technical drawings and design documents. Assist in the development of prototypes, testing, and evaluation of mechanical components and systems. Provide technical support to other departments, including manufacturing, assembly, and quality assurance.QualificationsA minimum of 2 years of experience as a Mechanical Draftsman or in a similar role.Proficiency in AutoCAD and other drafting tools.Good understanding of engineering and architectural designs and technical drawing standards.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members.Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.If you meet these requirements and are passionate about producing high-quality technical drawings that contribute to successful construction projects, we encourage you to apply for this position,
