The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Malayalam, ensuring effective and empathetic interaction with our diverse customer base. Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming customer queries, concerns, and requests via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner.
• Provide accurate information and assistance to resolve customer issues and inquiries.
• Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and preferences.
• Provide information about our products or services and address any questions or concerns.
• Assist in guiding customers through the presales process, offering relevant details to facilitate their decision-making.

Qualifications and Skills: Minimum of 6 months of experience in customer service. Proficient in Malayalam, English & Hindi. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
