Job Description

As a Home Loan Officer, your primary responsibility will be to manage the sales of home loan products. You will be required to source business through various channels in the open market, fulfill leads, and implement sales activities aimed at achieving targets. Your role will involve executing sales planning, overseeing target allocation, and promoting home loan products effectively.Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the sales of home loan products, ensuring achievement of sales targets.
• Source business through open market channels and other relevant sources.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to attract potential customers and generate leads.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Meet with clients to understand their home loan needs, verify documents, and process loan applications.
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely sanctioning and disbursement of loans.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies throughout the loan process.
• Provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding loan products, eligibility, interest rates, and repayment options.
• Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry regulations to provide insights and recommendations.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the financial services sector.
• Strong understanding of home loan products, mortgage procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
