Job Description

Service Engineer | 20-30K (Negotiable) | Toyota MHE Battery Operated MachinesWe have more than 30 openings in PAN India. (Ongoing Positions)

  • Experience: 3-5 Yrs having MHE (Machine Handling Equipments) e.i. Toyota MachineFork Lift, Reach Truck, Stacker, BOPT.
  • Qualification: ITI, Diploma holder.
  • Language Proficiency English, Hindi
No Location Constraints: Mobile to be posted anywhere pan India as per business requirement. Willing to relocated in PAN INDIA
  • Job Descriptions:
  1. Ensure proper upkeep of Machines at sites
  2. Co-ordinate with operators and understand Break down
  3. Well know and understand part & repairing manuals & drawings
  4. Follow up Preventive Maintenance Schedule
  5. Ensure that Issues with machines any spare requirements
  6. Follow up with the Site supervisor
  7. Ensure proper machine health report
  • Spare Part Management:
  1. Maintain Minimum Inventory at site
  2. Ensure that proper dataonspare parts deployment
  3. Provide spare part requirement for his site supervisor.
  • Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
  1. Ensure that at least 95% SLA is met at all his site every month
  2. Ensure that Down time due to machine breakdown is max up to 3 %
  3. Ensure that all spare part inventory is maintained at site.
Candidates from other MHE are also preferred, but they will be given training after that they will be posted to there Location.
