Position: Chief Financial Controller | Finance ManagerLocation: Anshika Fasteners Pvt Ltd, MIDC Hingna, NagpurReports to: Managing DirectorDepartment: FinanceExperience Required: 10 years in financial management, preferably in manufacturingEducation: Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent qualificationJob Overview: The Chief Financial Controller will oversee all financial aspects of Anshika Fasteners Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management of the company. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in financial management and a deep understanding of the manufacturing industry.Key Responsibilities: Financial Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement financial strategies to support the companys business objectives. Lead financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Provide financial insights and recommendations to the. senior management team. Financial Reporting and Compliance: Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements. Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements. Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits and manage internal controls. Cash Flow and Working Capital Management: Monitor and manage the companys cash flow and working capital. Optimize the companys capital structure and funding strategies. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks, including credit, liquidity, and market risks. Implement and maintain robust internal controls and financial policies. Ensure the companys financial stability and long-term sustainability. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to achieve high performance. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development. Collaborate with other departments to support overall business goals. Stakeholder Management: Maintain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, and investors. Provide regular financial updates to the board of directors and stakeholders.
