Job Description

  1. Generating business thru identified point of sales
  2. Minimum 25% of POSP should be activated with 4k average Premium
  3. Driving Point of sales recruitment thru Field Officers
  4. Managing on-boarding process
  5. Training to Point of sales with APP, Products, Claim service
  6. System infra (APP) enablement for all recruited POS
Mandatory SkillsMinimum relevant experience from 4-5 years in is required, Graduate, Preferably from General Insurance background with working knowledge technical aspect of business, Good communication & presentation skills.,Flexible & adaptable to changeDesirable SkillsGood communication & presentation skills, Flexible & adaptable to change, Minimum relevant experience from 7-10 years in Bancasuurance is required,
