As an Executive Chef at Paakshaala, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of the kitchens operations. Your day-to-day tasks will include menu planning, food preparation, managing kitchen staff, ensuring food quality and safety standards, and collaborating with other departments to meet customer expectations.Qualifications 5 years of experience working as a chef in a high-volume restaurant or hotel Proven leadership skills and ability to manage and train kitchen staff Deep knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Creative mindset and ability to develop innovative and appealing menus Food safety and sanitation certification Degree in Culinary Arts or related field is preferred Ability to. work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment Passion for creating and serving high-quality dishes Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required,
