    Age Range: 28 to 40 YearsMaximum Salary: 7 LPAMinimum Experience: 2-4 yearsQualification: GraduationPosition DescriptionAs the Chief Managing Partner for the Life Insurance Field Sales in the APC Channel, you will play a crucial role in driving distribution growth and managing a team of partners and Life Advisors (LAs). Your responsibilities will include both recruitment and business development tasks to ensure that the business meets its objectives and maintains high standards of performance and persistency.Recruitment Parameters:
    • Increase Distribution: Expand the network by coding new partners and increasing the base of Life Advisors (LAs).
    • Promotion: Implement Pragati promotions to incentivize and boost partner performance.
    • Creation of SAP/CAP: Develop and manage SAP (Sales Achievement Programs) and CAP (Coaching and Achievement Programs) for team development.
    • Partner Promotion: Support and drive promotions within the partner network.
    • Coaching: Provide hands-on guidance and coaching to the distribution team for recruitment and effective operations.
    • Minimum Distribution Criteria: Ensure adherence to a minimum distribution ratio of 8:80 (8% of total partners contributing to 80% of business).
    Business Parameters:
    • Achieve Business Targets: Meet or exceed budgeted business numbers.
    • Persistency: Maintain a minimum persistency rate of 85% to ensure the longevity of policies.
    • Coaching & Training: Mentor and train the agency to operate independently and effectively, with a focus on digital tools and processes.
    • CLA Numbers: Achieve the target for CLA (Commission, Leads, and Achievements) numbers.
    • Partner Income: Implement initiatives to enhance partner income and financial performance.
    • Periodic Meetings: Conduct regular meetings with partners and LAs to review performance and provide support.
    • Reporting & MIS: Provide necessary reports and Management Information Systems (MIS) support to the agency.
