Job Description

  • Feasibility study and defining Technical requirement of Manufacturing Set-up for New Projects.
  • Process design & Planning
  • Preparation of APQP documents and delivering all the milestones till completion and handover
  • Identifying FTGs requirements & implementation
  • Preparing PFD, PFMEA, CP & SOP. Regular review and updation
  • Supporting Productivity Improvement by change in FTG, Process, Work content reduction
  • Capacity planning, Enhancement, Line balancing, Work measurement with MOST
  • Introduction/Change in FTGs, Processes to prevent Customer Complaints Internal & External
  • Drive Lean Mfg using all its elements for Mfg Excellence & Processes
  • BOM Management
  • Perform risk assessments
  • Various audit document preparation.
  • Energetic & passionate for work ,punctual ,Committed
  • Sound Knowledge of Tractor mfg processes,Desining & Panning
  • Experience in DCP preparation, PFMEA updation & review mechanism ,RPN reduction
  • Knowledge of Advanced technologies
  • Knowledge & experience in Kaizen, Poka-Yoke, Low cost Automation methodology
  • Project management and Execution
  • Material handling/Line side logistics Of Assembly
  • BOM handling
  • Hands on experience in SAP, Team center handling
