• Stay up-to-date with market trends, analyzing sales data and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
• Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Protect company assets, property, and reputation, maintaining a secure and safe working environment.
• Foster a positive work environment, prioritizing employee welfare and well-being.
• Report regularly to management, escalating issues and complaints as necessary.
• Drive sales growth, achieve targets, and contribute to the overall success of the store.
• Coordinate marketing activities with the corporate marketing team to ensure aligned brand promotion.
• Focus on acquiring new customers and increasing customer loyalty.
• Work towards increasing branch profitability through effective sales strategies and cost management.
• Identify opportunities to reduce operational expenses, optimizing resources and enhancing efficiency.
Required QualificationMBA/ POST GRADUATE/GRADUATERequired SkillsExperience with Leading Organization is an add-on quality for the candidates.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Understanding of financial management and budgeting.
• Ability to handle complex issues and make decisions.
