1. Responsible for acquisition of BFL s CD dealers and deepening the relationship for the following Pre-approved productsa. Revolving Line of creditb. LAP, HL,c. LAP/HL Flexi loansd. Business Loans 2. Responsible for delivery of annual operating plan across the following metrics:a. Maintain regular customer connectb. To complete renewals on time.c. Loan book size, higher utilisationd. Portfolio credit quality (i.e. Delinquencies & Cost of Credit)e. Interest Spreadsf. Cross Sellg. Healthy portfolio mix3. Develop annual account plans for Retailers4. Effective monitoring, tracking and closing exceptions, deferrals and deviations.5. Delinquency management and taking steps for early recovery from overdue customers. , 1. CA/MBA Finance with 4-6 years of relevant lending experience.2. Should have a strong entrepreneurial competency 3. Should possess good communication and inter personal skills with an ability to work in multi-tasking environment4. Experience in SME lending/mortgages will be an added advantage.5. Should possess entrepreneur skills.6. High level of integrity and dependability with strong sense of urgency and result orientation7. Result orientation and problem solving approach.
