Are you up for the challenge and rewards that await you at iSOCRATES OverviewiSOCRATES is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Technical Project Manager with a strong background in data and business intelligence (BI) projects, preferably within the AWS ecosystem. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of data management & Products, analytics, and visualization and excellent project management skills in the digital marketing space.ResponsibilitiesProject Planning and Execution: Lead end-to-end project management activities, including project planning, resource allocation, timeline management, and milestone tracking. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop comprehensive project plans, work breakdown structures, and project schedules. Ensure project tasks are executed efficiently, meet quality standards, and adhere to established deadlines. Identify and mitigate project risks, resolve issues, and escalate as necessary. Must be able to co-ordinate between the clients and development resources to ensure the deliverables 100% match with the requirements with value-added services. If the project manager do not have digital marketing domain and platform knowledge should be quick enough to work internally with the other department heads to pool in the right resources to QA the data across AdTech and MarTech platforms. Should be able to manage both technical & non-technical resources in the companyTechnical Expertise in Data and BI Projects: Should have hands-on experience in SQL, one of the Visualization Tool Strong understanding of Cloud technologies, ETL & ELT Lead the design, development, and implementation of data and BI solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards. Collaborate with data engineers, architects, analysts and digital marketing SMEs to define data models, data flows, and visualization requirements. Hands-on experience in any of the programming languageTeam Leadership and Collaboration: Manage a cross-functional team of technical professionals, including data engineers, developers, analysts, and testers. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting effective communication and knowledge sharing. Provide guidance, mentorship, and technical expertise to team members, fostering their professional growth. Coordinate and prioritize tasks, ensuring efficient utilization of resources and effective team collaboration.Stakeholder Management: Engage with stakeholders, including business users, executives, and technical teams, to understand requirements, expectations, and project objectives. Communicate project status, progress, and risks to stakeholders clearly and concisely. Manage stakeholder expectations, ensuring alignment between project deliverables and business needs. Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to gather requirements, provide updates, and seek feedback.Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Masters degree is a plus). Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, specifically in data and BI projects. Extensive knowledge of data management, data integration, data warehousing, and BI concepts. Solid understanding of project management methodologies and best practices. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and competing priorities. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master) are a plus Strong working knowledge in any of the BI platforms such as Sisense, Tableau, PowerBI, Datorama, looker or DOMO Strong understanding of engineering, different technologies and cloud platforms especially AWS & Snowflake Database query languages(SQL) and database management is a must Expertise in developing, managing, using and understanding APIs & Angular JS, Node JS, MVC architecture and Bootstrap Experience with digital advertising technologies, engineering, data and systems is preferred Working knowledge of ad servers, Demand Side Platforms (DSPs), Sell Side Platforms (SSPs), Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and/or Data Management Platforms (DMPs) and/or Customer Relationship Management systems (CRMs) is preferred Working knowledge on B2C and B2B email marketing platforms, build customer journeys is a plus Strong understanding of Data Science and/or Marketing Science Open and collaborative style; must be comfortable working in an environment where ideas are shared and challenged Strong English communication, documentation and presentation skills Required to work Late EMEA/ET hours,
