You will manage and grow the Mysuru-based DataTech team to 100 billable professionals in the next couple of years. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of data engineering and management, data warehousing, data modeling, data visualization, and data storytelling. This individual must have a record of success in technical project management with proven domain expertise in digital media and marketing.This is an exciting leadership role that will require you to: Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for this Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, and Data Visualization department. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize product development requirements. Assess and enhance the skills and certifications of team members. Create and oversee global education and training programs. Provide expert consultation on taxonomy, data integration, and report design. Establish and manage a center of delivery excellence to support Client Delivery teams. Lead the implementation of data quality & governance standards across the organization. Monitor and report on the progress of key objectives to senior management.You will be working closely with: Your internal U.S.-based go-to-market partner, the DataTech Practice Leader Other internal Delivery peers, Shared Services leaders, and other members of the Operating Leadership Team (OLT) Client-partner executives including Marketing and Analytics Heads, Media and Marketing Directors, Agency and Operations Leads, and C-level executives.Requirements 15 years of professional experience, minimum 5 years of departmental or team leadership experience managing 50 FTEs, minimum Deep background in Business Intelligence, Data Visualization, and Artificial Intelligence, minimum 8 years of hands-on experience Demonstrated professional services global delivery success, including operations management, problem-solving, presentation skills, team and client handling, and departmental budgeting. Proven track record in setting and achieving strategic and tactical objectives. Excellent communication and collaboration skills Deep knowledge of data quality, data governance standards, and best practices Experience with data QA automation and pipelines English fluency, oral and written. Technical, Quantitative, or Business degree, is required; Masters preferred. Must be prepared to live and work in Mysuru,
