Position Purpose & Summary: Position is responsible for delivering territory sales volume targets. Appointing and nurturing distributor business partner for long term business relations Developing outlet reach and strengthen coverage in territory. Maintaining sales and distribution records and develop assigned territory business for long term. Follow and execute activities to support business objectives for assigned territory in accordance with business objectives Principal Accountabilities: Responsible for 100% compliance of Safety, Sales processes and systems of the assigned territory. Should not ride two wheelers Use public transport or personal cars as per safety norms Must use safety shoes while on market visits Responsible for achievement of Primary and Secondary Sales Target assigned to respective SR / DSM on Monthly, Quarterly and yearly basis Primary Sales Target - Achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly sales target through distributor management (Company Distributor) Align monthly plan with distributor Execute the plan with distributor on mutual understanding Book primary order through SFA Secondary sales Target - Monitoring & execution of Sales Representative / DSM (Billing from distributor to retailer) Ensure sales representative is working with retailers on the PJP provided by the SE Monitor the secondary sales progression on daily basis Responsible to execute distribution expansion plans (outlets) Ensure the no of out let addition as per received target Connect with distributors and retailers for expansion plan Provide and educate with the offers Achievement of productivity parameters( EC Effective calls, UBO Unique billed outlet, PC Productive calls, LPC Lines per call ) as per Annual Operation Plan of respective territory Responsible for Distributor AR , Stock, Claim Management and SFA (Sales force automation) as per plan in the stipulated time. Follow the SFA guidelines and execute (Add orders, Attendance, presence at every outlet etc) Responsible Building relationship and ensure service to outlets / trade partners Report competition activities like new products, schemes & offers, network changes, prices from time to time in his/her territory, Required Qualifications: Graduate / MBA / PGDM 2 years in FMCG distribution background MS Office basic Sales Acumen Excellent written and verbal communication Preferred Qualifications: 3-4 years of experience in FMCG distribution background MS Office Advanced
