Identify and analyze workforce requirements to support the companys growth planRecruitment and On boardOversee the recruitment process to attract, hire, and retain top talent. Design and implement effective onboarding programs to ensure new employees are integrated smoothly.Policy. DevelopmentDevelop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures.Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.Performance ManagementDesign and implement performance management systems to ensure employee performance aligns with business goals.Provide guidance on performance evaluations and developmentPlans.Employee RelationsFoster a positive working environment through effective employee relations programs. Handle employee grievances and disputes in a fair and timely mannerTraining and DevelopmentIdentify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and career development.
