Job Description

    Hi,Job Title: Business Development ManagerLocations: Hyderabad, Vijayawada, Bangalore, Chennai, CochinRole Requirements:
    • Education: Graduate Degree
    • Experience: 4 Years in Industry Sales, specifically within the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector
    Key Responsibilities:
    1. Sales Management:
      • Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective team leadership and personal selling skills.
      • Ensure timely closure of leads provided by the company.
    2. Team Handling:
      • Lead and guide a CSC (Customer Service Center) team comprising District Managers, Representatives, and VLEs (Village Level Entrepreneurs).
      • Mentor new team members, ensuring alignment with company values and objectives.
    3. Coordination:
      • Serve as the liaison between CSCs and the company to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
      • Facilitate the lead generation, policy issuance, and customer onboarding processes.
    4. Customer Requirement Analysis:
      • Conduct detailed analysis of customer requirements to tailor suitable product pitches.
      • Present appropriate insurance solutions based on an understanding of customer needs.
    5. Objection Handling:
      • Address customer objections and grievances promptly and effectively.
      • Provide timely solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
    6. Tie-Up Management:
      • Manage relationships with tie-up banks and Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs).
      • Utilize these partnerships to expand the customer base and drive sales.
    Job Specifications:
    • Experience: At least 4 years of experience in insurance, sales, or BFSI, with a proven track record in life insurance or banca sales. Experience in managing relationships with tie-up banks or NBFCs is highly desirable.
    • Team Management: Demonstrated experience in leading and managing a team, with the ability to motivate and guide team members towards achieving common goals.
    • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for building relationships with CSCs and customers. Ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
    • Sales-Driven: Highly motivated, target-oriented, with a passion for sales and a strong drive to succeed in any environment. Demonstrated ability to convince clients.
    • Energy and Enthusiasm: A high level of energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude are essential to thrive in this demanding role.
    Additional Requirements:
    • Travel: Willingness to travel across all districts periodically as required.
