• Manage day to day fund flow for the Indian entities and liaise with the bankers where needed.
• Ensure that idle funds are parked in approved safe investment, with the intention to maximize returns from idle /surplus cash.
• Ensuring that all statements for investments made are obtained from the financial institutions on periodical basis.
• Support all documentary requirements of banks.
• Pro-actively track spot rates and alert Manager/Head of Finance when rates become favourable (including foreign exchange gain/loss) and book transactions in the Spot market.
• Accurate and timely preparation of short- and medium-term cash flow forecasts including daily analysis of bank balances and preparation of the weekly and ad hoc cash position reports; Compliance reporting for treasury in accordance with statutory, regulatory and regional reporting requirements.
• Maintain strong relationships with the companys bankers and ensure that banking forms to support various transactions are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Prepare bank reconciliations for multiple bank accounts on a timely basis

• Support for closure on all forward exchange transactions.

Qualifications

• At least 3 to 5 years of finance/accounting and project management experience, preferably within a media/full service agency or client-side marketing department setting
• Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree, preferably in accounting, finance, or economics
• Knowledge of project budgets, staff resourcing, and billing
• Demonstrable technical accounting ability, especially a strong conceptual understanding
• Strong interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills
• Detail oriented with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Effectively works autonomously, as well as with a team
• Advanced capabilities in all Microsoft Office applications, including strong knowledge of Excel and the ability to manipulate data via Pivot tables, VLOOKUPS, etc.
• Experience with NetSuite and Salesforce a plus
• Experience with Smartsheets and/or other project management software solutions
