We are looking at energetic and enthusiastic ladies as the role requires counselling abilities and understanding the needs of the parent and how best the daycare/preschool can support their ward.This is a full time position. It entails supervision and management of our corporate day care cum preschool. Duties mainly include enrollments, parent engagement, team management, recruitment, administration and centre supervision, supported by staff members, upholding highest standards of supervision, care, hygiene, learning and nutrition. Candidate who have prior experience of daycare/ preschool management in a leadership role is preferred. She needs to have excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with staff, parents & children daily.Minimum Qualification- Female candidates only- 30+ years of age- At least graduate, preferably post graduate- Must have a strong command over English- Prefer prior managerial experience in preschool/ daycare- Maturity to supervise challenging operations on high standards of transparency, integrity, professionalism and careAdditional Preferred Qualifications- Bachelor of Education (Commerce/ education), Child Psychology/ Paediatrician/ any other field, Teacher Training Course- Demonstrated ability of managing customer-centric operations on high quality standards- Computer skills email correspondence, MS officeRemuneration will not be a constraint for the right candidate.Rewards include great sense of empowerment, purpose and self-worth, passionate team to work with, highly professional work environment, exciting growth & learning opportunities with a fast-growing company.
