Job Description

    Do you thrive in a dynamic environment and have a passion for building high-performing teams Join us as a Pre-Sales Team Leader!In this leadership role, youll be responsible for motivating and developing a team of Pre-Sales representatives dedicated to generating qualified leads and nurturing potential customers. Youll play a key role in driving sales success through effective coaching, strategic planning, and process improvement.Responsibilities :
    • Lead and empower a team of Pre-Sales representatives to achieve and exceed lead generation and qualification goals.
    • Develop and implement strategies to identify and target high-value prospects.
    • Coach and mentor team members through individual training sessions, performance feedback, and ongoing guidance.
    • Monitor and analyze team performance metrics, including call volume, conversion rates, and lead quality.
    • Identify areas for improvement in pre-sales processes and implement changes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Provide support to Pre-Sales representatives by handling complex inquiries and qualifying leads.
    • Manage team schedules, leaves of absence, and performance reviews.
    • Foster a positive and results-oriented work environment for the team.
    • Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and competitor offerings to effectively train and guide the team.
    • Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.
    • Generate reports on team performance and lead generation activities.
    Qualifications :
    • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a Pre-Sales or Business Development role, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
    • Proven track record of exceeding lead generation and qualification goals.
    • Strong coaching, mentoring, and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
    • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Knowledge of Real Estate Process is a Plus poin.
