Education / Career Counsellor required for an Aptech Learning Center in Noida Sector 62. Dynamic personalities with proven track record having good written and spoken english would be preferred.The Job description is as under.Meet personal and team admission targetsGet the sale using various customer sales methods (Inbound, Referrals, Outbound, presentations, networking etc)Contact potential students to inform them about relevant program using scripts to provide information about program features and their benefitsCold call people using a given database to enrol studentsAsk pertinent questions to understand the students requirementsEvaluate potential students skills, needs and build productive long lasting relationshipsResearch accounts and generate or follow through leadsCollaborate with team to achieve better resultsConvenience and counsel the candidates for courses.Counseling Students and parents about our course over the calls.Interaction with students and parents on routine basis over the call.Out-bound calls as per the leads receive from support team (Marketing, Admin-support).Should have the capability to judge the requirements of the students and should able to convert in to the admission.Should be well versed with MS Word / Excel for day to day working and Reporting
