Job Description

KRA: Sales Managers Pan INDIA (Retail + OTC + Ethical) As the subject clearly tells you what is the company expecting or defining your role to be and expect you would follow it. 1. Tour plan made for monthly working should be on following lines a. RSM / ASM from all states, monthly report should be taken and presented to Business Head with targets Vs Achievement. b. Every territory under you should be touched upon by you every 45 days once 2. During your working : a. All important Drs should be met Psychiatrist Anaesthesia/ Pain Palliative Ortho Onco Surgeon of all important hospitals and purchase b. During joint working; any absence from the field during the joint working would be considered unless it is genuine. c. Distributor meeting in the territory and payment follow up / non-moving stock liquidation/addition of new product in basket of existing sales is compulsory achievement of ZSM. d. Current secondary sales analysis/ target for the month and its achievement methodology of the territory should be clearly known to the RSM/TSM/FSE, if not then please ensure. e. Ensure payment from the market within 60 days 3. Reporting from the field of the work done is must-thru mobile app 4. Any problems faced by FSE/TSM/ASM/RSM should addressed by the RSM and help him to sort it out; if you are not able to sort it out ensure to put forth to Business Head /HR 5. At all times it is must for all ZSMs to maintain complete transparency between them and Business Head. 6. All important commitments made on the field during work should be informed to HO at the earliest- e.g.- free sample/extra scheme cme commitment/ educational promotions etc. 7. Goals and objectives for the TSM FSE ASM RSM should be well defined. 8. Follow up on phone by asm on the same goals and objective given by you should done and informed by you on regular basis.
