A. Portfolio Management:1. Owner of the Entire Bill Payments Portfolio2. Daily, weekly and monthly Tracking of the Bill Payment Portfolio plan v/s actual usage3. Working jointly with BIU team to get data in required cuts for Analysis4. Track the Portfolio Movement by way of Txns, spends, ATS, etc5. Trend Analysis and Corrective action to meet plansB. Segment Development:1. Identification of customer segments for sending and managing campaign communication 2. Identify customer behavior basis segments3. Provide inputs to the Marketing Manager for campaignsC. Key Business MIS:1. Publishing Regular updates to Senior Management on Business and Key Objectives,2. Publishing various MIS for channels like new to Bank, HNW , Overall Usage etc3. Any Adhoc MISD. Portfolio Analysis:1. Overall portfolio behaviour and insights along with attrition2. Understand what transactions are growing/ dropping3. Identify next best action/ transaction 4. Provide valuable insights on Portfolio eg. Balance build up, CNR, etc5. Analyze the impact of Bill Payment product 6. Send Frequent communication on the Analysis to branches and channelE. Other Activities:1. Complain resolution 2. Customer calls to understand behavior3.
