Designation: Sr/Relationship manager Role: Relationship Manager Sales & service Brief Description about the role: As Executive Sales for Assisted/Elite team, you are responsible to Establish and maintain high level of customer satisfaction in all sales transactions with HNI individuals for elite and busy professionals for assisted Do the promotion Activity & participation with exhibition collate the data from there generated the lead & then convince for sales, Consistently meet or exceeds weekly and monthly sales activity goals by utilizing sound telephone based selling approaches. Excellent convincing skills & negotiation Skills Capability to perform as an individual Core Competencies Relationship building and management Ability to read and understand the clients requirements Utilize all available resources to service the client and also think beyond Effective Communication Hands on Experience in sales / telesales Should be good in regional language, explaining packages details to customers, understanding customer requirements. Presentable in Looks Threshold Competencies Integrity / Ethical in Practice Interpersonal Effectiveness (Negotiation Skills, Teamwork) Customer Focus Time Management Key Deliverable You will be responsible to build excellent customer relationship and ensure each registered customers data is complete and accurate. Understand the needs of Customers, providing effective customer support services and inbound and outbound calls. Manage the Relationship with the Member. Deliver quality service to paid members counted amongst the cream of the society. Work closely and maintain a good rapport with them Help clients with suitable profiles and work keeping their satisfaction in mind Search, screen, shortlist, establish contact, initiate meeting between members and give success stories
