Key Focus areas:This position will be responsible for1. Partner engagement & experience: Collaborate with all stakeholders like finance, products,Compliance, legal, IT, customer service to onboard new partners with maximum partner satisfaction andprovide continued support to existing partners.2. Business support & enablement:a. Support the business teams in partner onboarding, tracking productivity, expenses.b. Analyse business partner wise and provide inputs to help business teams drive higher wallet sharefrom partners.c. Analytics: Design and maintain all dashboards for management and partners. Work closely withanalytics team to ensure all analytics exercises derive the expected output.3. Operations and control: Responsible for providing inputs to automating designing, implementing, andefficiently managing all operational & finance operations & controls.4. IRDA and compliance reporting & Audit: Ensure we follow all the guidelines laid by IRDA in terms or useronboarding, user journeys & IRDA reporting etc. Provide support to partner on reports needed to partnerfor their IRDA compliance. Actively participate in internal and external audits as per need.5. Partner Feedback: Provide regular feedback as inputs to improvement.
