The PositionResponsible for the designing, implementing and executing multi-channel campaigns based on the Integrated Customer Plans (ICPs) in collaboration with cross-functional teams across the organization for both HP & AH. Acting upon a deep understanding of Customer needs and engagement preferences, the Campaign Manager shall contribute significantly to Boehringer Ingelheims (BI) ambition to attain a superior level of Customer Centricity. The objective is to enable Customers to access relevant information according to their specific needs at the time and via the channel that is most appropriate to them. Significant progress in such enablement shall lead to a significantly improved Customer Experience / Satisfaction and BIs reputation.Duties & responsibilities
