Job Description

Job Purpose: Plan and oversee ongoing releases, priorities, product roadmaps and features for Digital Services. To define product requirements, scope, release schedules and ranking of the roadmap items for business goals. To lead the product development sprints working closely with Internal and Vendor Product Managers process, Project Managers and operations and process teams. To formulate business strategy in terms of product pricing, channel management, promotions, monetization and positioning of Music and New Product Services. Key Responsibility Areas: 1. Product Management - Clearly define the product requirements and feature set based on market opportunity, customer and technology trends; as required in the Music and New Product Services - Lead, Coordinate and Guide development teams: Vendor Product Managers process, IT Project Managers and operations and process teams, and creative design counterpart. - Ensure requirement clarification and oversee implementation of the same, for all IT integrations required for Music and New Product. - Achieve business KPIs like active users, user engagements, user feedback and ratings as decided in the annual targets. 2. Business Plan and budgeting - Plan and update the business model according to the new internal and external variables that are observed with due course of time. 3. Define business rules - To decide the business rules for the Music and New Product by understanding the implications of IT implementation, financial impact, regulatory constraints etc. - Determine the go to market strategy for Music and New products. Initiate implementation of the same along with all the relevant stakeholders. - Identifying all sales channels for Music and New Product, deciding price points, mode of selling, retailer incentive scheme etc. for sales of Music and New Products. 4. Evolution of Business Model and Monetization - Continuous evolution of business model and monetization strategy aided by new product features and ranking roadmap priorities based on technology and customer market trends. 5. Market and User Research - Compare features, content, strategy, pricing, promotions, UI etc. of all competitive products in the market - Evolve the product riding on continuous user experience feedback. 6. Project Management and Integration Implementation - Discuss and identify clear requirements related to all technical integrations by identifying a common ground with all stakeholders - To maintain a project charter and ensure all the requirements are met in time by all the stakeholders
