Senior Leader - Corporate Social ResponsibilityKotak Mahindra Bank About Corporate Social Responsibility :CSR at Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd. is implemented collaboratively by the bank along with its employees through volunteering and engagement activities. Kotak also endeavors to align its CSR projects and programs with Government initiated social development programmes and interventions.Vision :- To improve the quality of life of the communities through positive impact on economic, social and environmental parameters and in alignment with Indias social development objectives and UNs SDGs.- The position is for senior member of CSR team and the person will have responsibilities and exposure to entire CSR work spectrum including CSR strategy, ideation, origination, diligence, implementation, tracking, monitoring and reporting of CSR Projects.Role Reports to: Head - CSR :- Responsible for refining of corporate social responsibility framework- Develop ideas and create detailed plans for innovative and robust CSR projects aligned to the CSR policy- Build relationships with partner organizations, including due-diligence, monitoring implementation and impact- Work towards strengthening the capacity of individuals or groups across all units in the organizations, CSR division.- Working closely with corporate teams such as Finance, HR, Legal, Secretarial, and Audit.- CSR Compliances- Act as an internal and external representative for the companys CSR policies and projects.- Review and monitor human resource deployment of CSR units across the location.- Liasoning with relevant Govt bodies, implementing organizations, corporates and other entities.Skill & Experience Required:- Masters qualification in social science from a reputed institution OR MBA/PGDM/PGDBM.- 10-15 years of experience in with at least 3 years in corporate social responsibility (CSR) function or grant making in philanthropy.- Ability to influence, collaborate and partner across functions and all levels.- Strong initiative, interpersonal and team skills.- Strong written/verbal communication, time management, and quantitative/analytical skills.
