  • Manage recruitment and selection at all levels. Ability to use multiple tools and strategies to
attract and retain talent.
  • Responsible for administrative day-to-day operations of Human Resources, providing the
administration of benefits, compensation, policies, hiring, leaves, programs, and compliance.
  • Champion the onboarding process, ensuring the process is up to date and of high quality,

  • Enforces management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource
policies and procedures.
