bField Service Executive The Field Service Engineer (FSE) will be responsible for meeting the daily service maintenance and repair needs of the customers equipment. Establish and maintain proper business relationships with customers and peers as well as performing necessary administrative duties as required and other duties as assigned. Responsibilities and Duties The FSE performs the major functions listed below The position may require additional duties/responsibilities that may not be outlined below, and specific functions are subject to change : xc2xb7 Supervise, Arrange and implement complete delivery of equipmentxe2x80x99s to respective customer with help of Service coordinator xc2xb7 Complete Installation followed by IQ,OQ and PQ xc2xb7 Demonstration to customer xc2xb7 Calibration of Instruments in house or get it done through respective vendors xc2xb7 Basic troubleshooting, maintenance and repair on all equipment. xc2xb7 Completing Preventative Maintenance and field modifications. xc2xb7 Ordering and managing repair parts cycle times. xc2xb7 Keeping up to date on administrative responsibilities such as maintaining customer service logs and internal service records in a timely manner. AMC reports , AMC renewal charts , Calibration charts, xc2xb7 Maintaining daily communications with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up. xc2xb7 Maintaining tools and test equipment and ensuring they are properly calibrated. xc2xb7 Meeting Health and Human Services, Environmental Health and Safety and/or all other applicable regulatory requirements. xc2xb7 Utilizing the escalation process to resolve customer service delivery issues. xc2xb7 Identifying and participating in sales opportunities such as new contracts, contract renewals and system sales. xc2xb7 Working as a member of the local team to provide efficient service delivery to all accounts within assigned area. xc2xb7 The ability to lift and carry a toolbox that can weigh up to 50 lbs. xc2xb7 Adhering to current regulatory requirements to include, but not limited to, HIPPA, OSHA and FDA.
