Job Description

    Email Support Specialist (Permanent Work from Home) Qualification:
    • HSC / Graduation
    • Mandatory: 1 year of International experience into Customer Service
    Skills Required:
    • Excellent Communication Skills (Written & Verbal)
    • Clear understanding of MS Office
    Age Limit: Up to 45 years Location: Andheri (E) Week Off: Saturday and Sunday (Fixed Off) Salary: Up to 30K per month Shift Timing: Fixed Night Shift (10-hour shift) Additional Requirements:
    • The system will be provided by the company
    • Candidate must have their own WiFi/LAN connection
    • Excellent written and verbal communication
    • Proficiency in MS Office
    • Handling customer queries via email
    • Relevant international experience is mandatory
