The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing excellent customer service. The role involves interacting with Maids over the phone, and in-person. The Customer Service Executive will also be responsible for maintaining customer, maids records and ensuring customer satisfaction.
