Duties & Responsibilities ( List in the order of importance the duties & responsibilities of this job) Process Support 1. Provide support in case of empanelment process of Sutradhar & Independent Posp 2. Coordinate with allied departments viz. L&D, Marketing for development of Training& Marketing material & Furnish the same to business team 3. Coordinate for POSP Payout (Finance/ Recon and Insurance co) 4. Provide support for smooth function of Portal in conjunction with IT team, CCC and Vendor 5. Coordinate with Regional teams, Contact center and HO to help resolve all escalations related to service issues. 6. Create and Maintain performance Reports for all Projects undertaken for Independent POSP & Sutradhar
