- Overall, Sales & business development (Air/Sea, Import/Export, Freight forwarding/CHA)- Find & develop qualified leads convert them into a business.- Responsible for securing new customers and maintaining and developing existing independently.- Identify potential customers and register opportunities.- To achieve target allotted by the company.- Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested by coordinating with operations team and branches.- Regularly visiting accounts validating our service levels and develop new revenue streams and conducting business review with clients.- Maintain records of customer details/sales visits/Compliance on all MIS reports/data maintenance and statutory requirements.- Maintain records of customer details/sales visits in given sales report format.- Follow up with clients for outstanding amount support by the account department. - Develop & maintain sales and marketing materials.- Performs all other duties as assigned and requested by management time to time.Experience : 3 Years (ref:updazz.com) updazz .com
