Job Description

Manage the product and game development process from conception through design, release, and iteration Ensure that product development and iteration decisions are based on strong logical rigor and in-depth analysis Plan and execute promotional campaigns to affect metrics like activation, retention, and strong Analytical skills Develop and implement gaming strategies consistent with company vision Develop understanding of users pain points their needs Optimise the user journey by taking a deep dive into data for better funnel conversions Maintain an understanding of gaming apps, the market, and competition Identify areas for growth and create strategic product line roadmaps to help drive adoption of the app and differentiating features Make creative recommendations to expand user base and vision Good communication skills along with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product development, launch and improvements. Should have deep knowledge of RMG and current trends in the online gaming space Critical Competencies: Behavioural High sense of quality and attention to detail. Ability to prioritize and cope with competing demands. Must be excited by, and be able to navigate ambiguity. Passion for results and excellence. Must be able to get the job done by working collaboratively with others. Inquisitive and analytical mind; out-of-the-box thinking Demonstrated track record of successful execution and leading cross-functional teams to deliver high quality products Ability to prioritize among competing opportunities, balancing consumer needs with business and product priorities. Technical Proficiency with industry standard tools like Jira, Confluence, SQL, Google Analytics, firebase, Clever Tap. Used A/B testing and/or similar methodologies to conduct experiments to validate hypothesis.
