The process includes all the activities needed to maintain a productive workforce, such as field service management, human resource management, performance and training management, data collection, recruiting, budgeting, forecasting, scheduling and analytics.You will be responsible for Workforce services where in you will be required to track progress from staffing, logistics and change management perspective and highlight any deviations. You will be involved in short term planning and management, maintaining internal forecasts and track forecast accuracy. You will be monitoring scheduling efficiency and recommend schedule changes, hours of operation etc. to meet the optimum utilization of agents and seats.Good to have skills: Workforce services,Good communication skillsRoles and ResponsibilitiesIn this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems.
