Global regulators are moving toward the concept of Operational Resilience, which continues to challenge organizations to enhance their plans and frameworks. Given this emphasis, Wholesale Payments, Client service, Implementation and Operations (WP CSIO) has a need for a dedicated resiliency team that is responsible for the development, maintenance and execution of strategies in key loss scenarios: systems/applications, people, site, data (cyber) and external providers.Key roles and responsibilities: Strategy and PlanningEnsure all resiliency planning elements are completed in accordance with Firm Wide policy and strategies are appropriate to support the business during a disruptive event and to recover effectively after an eventDevelop playbooks for recovery decision making and communications, continuity of critical services, or temporary shut-down of non-critical services to ensure continuity of operations and governanceMaintain evergreen process and procedures (e.g. maintain list of business critical payments, regular revalidation of cross LOB communication map)Identify opportunities for strategic improvement or mitigation of business interruption and other risksCoordinate and prep regulatory asks, exams, audits, etc.Manage Business Impact Analysis and Resiliency Planning.Advance the automation of Command Center functionsOversight of risks, issues & concentration/capacity gaps in strategiesUnderstand internal / external dependencies & their risks/gapsSkills Required / Qualifications
