Job Description

    *The Role Responsibilities Job Summary
    • Ensure all requirements are gathered, validated, and covered in all relevant documents.
    • Provide detailed walkthrough to Technology team.
    • Support Product Owner from ideation, design, development, and implementation activities.
    • Identify, refine and document business requirements throughout the life-cycle of implementation.
    • Work closely with the business team, product owners, technology team and interface teams to achieve key milestones, deliverables and tracking to ensure success of the overall project delivery.
    • Communicate effectively with technology teams and interface teams (up and downstream systems) to establish appropriate solutions to meet business requirements.
    • Support testing team as required ensuring product quality.
    • Perform analysis and prepare test cases covering various scenarios.
    • Ensure proper documentation and sign-off from stakeholder are properly maintained.
    • Promote an environment of performance, collaboration and compliance, to ensure risks and issues are raised and blockages are resolved in a timeline manner.

    • Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.
    • Lead the Financial Crime Surveillance Operations (FCSO) to achieve the outcomes set out in the Bank s Conduct Principles: Financial Crime Compliance.
    • Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.

    Our Ideal Candidate
    • Bachelors degree.
    • 6 - 10 years of experience.
    • Proficient in Excel, Mural, JIRA, Confluence page.
    • Experience and in-depth understanding in a product management / business analyst role in a financial institution, ecommerce or online environment.
    • Strong analytical skills and able to assess multiple systems for troubleshooting.
    • Ability to write well and experienced at writing various business documents (i.e. business requirements document, functional specifications, presentations and reports).
    • Understanding the Customer Experience design and user experience principle to design customer journey s.
    • Possess ability to perform interface mapping between upstream and downstream applications.
    • Excellent communications skills, confidence, and ability to work with an international team in a cross-cultural and geographically dispersed workplace.
    • Should possess qualities that would be useful in multiple stakeholder management.
    • Motivated, able to work independently, proactively, and efficiently in a fast paced and changing environment.
    • Good understanding of Request For Information (RFI) process would be preferred.
    • Skills to execute basic User Testing for developed product.
    • Good problem solver and decision maker.
