Job Description

    Responsibilities of the role include but not limited to
    1. Coordinate with operations team to understand the business requirements and develop effective automation workflows. This includes analyzing the process from perspective of risk identification and mitigation post RPA implementation.
    2. Understand the problem statement and accordingly provide solution.
    3. Maintain high quality standards whilst delivering against the plan
    4. Perform validation and verification testing
    5. Work with infrastructure team for code deployments/CI-CD in various environments.
    6. Adhere to Automation best practices - review and provide suggestions to update the same.
    7. Working with other team members, develop and support governance around automation, control procedures and disciplines.
    Skills
    1. 10+ years of experience in Xceptor application development or similar automation/data transformation platforms.
    2. Must have proficiency in .Net, C#, ASP .Net, LinQ, with strong SQL Server knowledge
    3. Software engineering best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing and operation is a must.
    4. Must have proficiency in techniques such as DevOps, Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, Test Driven Development, application resilience and security.
    5. Knowledge in Messaging Tech will be good to have.
    6. Ability to understand complex processes and detect opportunities to apply Intelligent Automation.
    7. Through understanding of various automation/data transformation technologies.
    8. Excellent Stakeholder management skills.
