  • 0 - 2 Years experience as Accountant/Audit
  • Knowledge of Banking Processes and Fund raising statements a MUST
  • Com Graduates
  • Fluency in English.
  • Is comfortable with Microsoft Office, EXCEL & Tally.
  1. Excellent knowledge of Booking and Accounting
A.1 Day to day accounting & book-keeping, Tally entries.A.2 Check & audit all accounting vouchers like purchase, sales, cash vouchers, expensevouchers, bank vouchers, etc. & check & audit Tally entries.A.3 Daily bank reconciliation & maintaining proper bank accounts of all groupcompanies and individual entities. Individual tax filingA.4 Maintaining proper records of accounts and compliances soft and hardA.5 Timely reconciliation & follow up of debtors and creditors payments. RegularLedger reconciliation.
  1. File tax returns like GST, TDS, pay all taxes online, PF PT, ROC and ensure all compliances and returns are filed before due date. Maintain proper records of all compliances and tax payments.
  2. Coordinate with Sr Account Executive for replies to all Tax compliances and Tax Notices and if required attend Tax hearings
  3. Give timely and proper accurate MIS reports to Management as well as to Senior as required.
  4. Banking compliances
D.1 Ensure all Banking compliances and requirements are followed.D.2 Prepare all statements and fulfill all requirements of banks for fund raising
