Job Description

Digibank Marketing Lead, a key member of the marketing leadership team, will be responsible for building the digibank brand, driving user growth and consumer engagement.This leadership role will entail

  • Driving marketing effectiveness in alignment with the defined business goals.
This is a team management role and will report into the Head of Marketing Consumer Banking Group.We are looking for a motivated self starter who thrives on working in a fast paced, high growth, rapidly evolving business and is keen to build a differentiated brand and business.Key Responsibilities
  • Brand Definition: Work with global/local teams and agency partners to define the brand proposition and track the progress of the brand on key equity parameter on a regular basis the brand health monitor. Be a custodian of the brand in the market by making sure all marketing campaigns and activities are aligned to the brand proposition and defined guidelines.
  • Marketing Strategy and Plan: Develop the annual marketing strategy and activity calendar for the brand basis the defined business objectives. Continuously track the progress of the activity calendar, measure the effectiveness of every activity and report the progress on a regular basis to key stakeholders appropriately.
  • Campaign Design and Execution: Work with creative and media agency partners to design and develop marketing campaigns for both online and offline medium. Track the efficiency & effectiveness of the campaigns and report as and when required.
  • User Acquisition Strategy and Execution: In collaboration with the media team, define and own the user acquisition strategy and execution plan in alignment with the business objectives leveraging online marketing channels.
  • Consumer Engagement and Retention: Own the lifetime journey of the consumer and drive the business objectives by engaging with the consumer leveraging data and personalized consumer experiences
  • Marketing alliances and partnerships build and nurture partnerships with the ecosystem players (other brands, agencies, content creators, startups, etc) to further drive marketing efficiency and effectiveness
Experience and Skills
  • 10-18 years of hand on experience in brand management and driving business results leveraging both online and offline marketing channels
  • In-depth understanding of marketing, digital and advertising ecosystem
  • Demonstrable experience in managing high performance teams.
  • Strong experience working in cross functional teams (local and global) with and ability to influence key stakeholders with data driven and insightful point of view
  • Strong data driven marketing skill with experience in uncovering consumer/business insights from qualitative and quantitative internal or external data and translating it in to marketing strategy and campaigns. Should be able to collaborate with consumer research and products/sales and distribution teams to analyze brand perception and business results from various marketing campaigns
  • Ability to partner with internal media team and media agency to develop effective and efficient media plans. Experience in leveraging digital marketing channels to drive consumer acquisition and retention/engagement will be preferred
  • MBA from a premier institute
