Key ResponsibilitiesBenefits and Wellness lead is responsible to further build and develop India Benefits & Wellness agenda that encompasses over 45K employees and cuts across multiple lines of business and functions. The role would require experience in managing scale, highly matrixed org structure, and partner with stakeholders including senior management in India, Global & International benefits, Regional lead and Global Employee Solutions (HR Shared services). The position will have direct line into India Head of Compensation and benefits.India Benefits lead will be responsible to manage wide range of employee benefits policies, wellness programs and partner with vendors to design and project manage implementation. The incumbent would be required to continually evaluate whether Benefits & Wellness programs are successful and improve or introduce new programs based on strong data analytics and facilitate decision making and when necessary. Skills and competenciesStrong background in developing and implementing HR lead benefits and wellness programs in organizations that have scale, excellent communication skills, good interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders, strong working knowledge of best in class wellness and benefits practices, excellent understanding of regulatory framework of defined benefits and defined contribution programs, strong analytical skills and the ability to create a fiscally responsible strategy for implementing the programs. Good judgement and decision making skills.Work experience and backgroundA self-driven HR professional with a minimum of 10 12 years of experience in HR and must have 5 7 years of experience in managing Benefits & Wellness agenda for a large organization. MBA in HR is preferred. Proven track record to manage scale and high visibility/impact initiatives, partner with vendors in healthcare and insurance, has provided PF & Gratuity fund oversight, strong track record of implementing mental / emotional, physical and financial wellness programs. ,
