We have opening for the post of Sales ManagerCompany: Indian School of Business Management and Administration (ISBM)Position: Sales ManagerQualification : Graduate or HSC Pass( Excellent Communication Skills )Job Location : Bhayander West (Opp. to Maxus Mall)Salary : 20-45k + Incentives-

  1. 70% inside sales & 30% outdoor meetings)
  2. Achieving enrolment targets (End to End Sales).
  3. Lead generation through cold calling.
  4. Meeting & Counselling prospective students (mostly working executives in various industries
  5. rganizing career seminars for various companies, corporate, colleges and student gatherings.
  6. To meet sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances and initiating corrective options.
  7. Planning, organizing, formulating, directing and controlling the Business development activities to achieve the desired level of output.
  8. Provides leadership and leads the implementation of marketing strategies and processes to maintain a highly engaged workforce. Engagement, performance management & Succession planning.
  9. Prepare, control and monitor Budgeting / MIS / Costing of respective functions.
