Job Description

    Greetings from 3S Business Advisors!Location - Andheri (West)Position- Manager FinanceQualification- CAExperience- 3 years post CAJob Responsibilities:
    1. The Candidate will be heading a Team of 6 people
    2. Will be reporting to CFO of the Company
    3. Should be Instrumental in Setting up procedure and process for the Accounting Function
    4. Will be responsible for Managing Monthly MIS of the Company and Reporting to the Management
    5. Implementing & monitoring budgetary controls to ensure no slippages Financial Planning.
    6. Assisting the management in preparation of Data for the PE Investment
    7. To be integral part for Banking related matters
    8. Helping the Company in Implementation of Accounting and MIS automation
    9. Should have capability to manage the Multiple Branches through team
    Compliance Activity :
    1. To oversee the Monthly Compliance Such as TDS, GST, PF etc.
    2. To monitor the timely filing of the returns under Income tax and GST
    3. To Manage Annual Audit and Yearly filing of the Income tax return
    Leadership Activity
    1. To Manage the team and oversee that the accounting is managed as the timelines decided by the Client.
    2. To Support the team in the day-to-day activity and supervise for the Completion of the Same.
    3. To Monitor the Turn-around-time is adhered for as decided with the management
    4. To Manage Accounting Function and Process along with the team.
