Job Description

    Primary responsibility will be recruitments- IT/Non IT.2. He / She will also be responsible for supporting the team in data management, documentation & coordination.3. Responsible for handling end to end recruitment right from sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing, FeedbackCollation, Salary negotiation, Offer Coordination, MIS, Reporting4. Manage Client interactions & coordination effectively5. Assist Senior Management with Research & data as assigned6. Be receptive to on-the-job training on HR functions like offer generation, background verification, and employeeengagement activities.Non-Critical Role and Responsibilities1. Setting up conference calls after seeking senior management timelines2. Follow up with consultants empanelled with the company with respect to various updates / reports /requirements as required by the company3. Data Management & report creation as assigned4. Manage internal/external l team coordinationExperience 0.6 2 Years (Recruitment)Salary- up to 20k net take homeExperience 4+ Years (TL)Salary- up to 30k net take homeNo of Position- 7 Recruiters; 1 TLWorking Days- Monday- Saturday (3rd & 4th Saturday off)Working Time- 9am -6pm / 10am- 7pm
