Job Description

Dear Candidate,We have urgent requirement for Finacle Application support for Mumbai Location(Airoli) for Wipro technologies.Please find below details for the same.Education : Any Graduate.Exp : 1 to 5 Years.Salary : 3 to 3.5 Lacs.We want someone who can join immediate to 20 days notice period.

  • Providing Navigational support for resolving the queries related to Cash Handling, Liabilities, Loans and Advances, Clearing and remittances issues.
  • Interaction with RTGS/NEFT/ECS transactions.
  • Marking/Umarking of holidays of branches.
  • Generating reports as per customer request.
  • Co-ordination with L-1 & L2 team for new modules as per customer request.
  • Resolving printer related issue as reported from end users.
  • Application support for EOD, BOD, ISOLOP.
  • Resolving various type fatal errors as facing end user at the time of closing accounts, doing transaction, open new accounts creation BG etc
  • Resolving Interest application issues as reported from end users for Loans , CC, OD, and TD accounts.
  • Resolving all type of inventory issues.
  • Looking all type of charges issues.
  • Handling year end closing activity by supporting to Branch users.
