Working in ATM Monitoring
Dispatch the first level maintenance andsecond level maintenance calls to the concern Executive for make machine operational.
Incident Management
Taking follow-ups on pending calls & call closure.
Handling all kinds of query (customer) escalation calls etc.
To co-ordinate with customers & develop good relations with them
All emails reply on time to customer as well as seniors.
